The Farrell Treatment Center is hiring nurses, recovery care managers, licensed clinicians, and program directors.

In addition to Gilead’s full range of excellent benefits, fully licensed clinicians (LCSW, LPC & LMFT) will receive a limited time offer sign-on incentive up to $10,000 over 2 years.

Additional incentives include:

  • Productivity incentives up to $5,000 annually
  • Fully covered annual licensing renewals for licensed and associated licensed clinicians
  • Access to annual educational opportunities that apply to CEU credits. Current CEU opportunities include:
    • Quarterly All-Agency Training. Some All-Agency Training have CEU’s available.
    • Gilead-Sponsored In-services & Training.
    • DMHAS Training.
    • CT Women’s Consortium Training.
    • Doc Weisman Fund. This fund awards $500 to an eligible applicant every quarter.
    • Tuition Reimbursement.
