Aftercare

Once you walk through the doors of the Farrell Treatment Center, you become part of the family forever! Clients continue to receive support from the Farrell staff even after their complete their residential treatment. Though the full spectrum of aftercare services is not available to clients who have been officially discharged, the team can provide consultations to help previous clients find the right resources for their needs.

All staff at Farrell play an important role in aftercare services. Sally Martinez and Shawn Meehan, Farrell’s service coordinators, each have years of experience at Farrell, and connections within the community to continue supporting clients once they leave. Sally and Shawn have connected clients to housing, employment services, outside recovery resources and more!
