In 2022, Gilead Community Services received funding from the Judicial Branch to offer Farrell’s intensive outpatient, outpatient, substance abuse and mental health assessments, and medication management services in Middletown. Individuals may be referred to the Middletown outpatient clinic by Judges, Bail Commissioners, IAR Specialists, Probation, and Family Relations Counselors. This contract serves to provide treatment to individuals with substance abuse and mental health challenges who have been impacted by the
justice system.
